I was not on a scam website, I'm a network engineer and I am always very careful with phishing and making sure I am where I need to be. If I had to guess I would say the most likely thing is either you had a temporary network issue or you are using a scam site. Setting the messagekey can happen repeatedly until you are happy with the result. Nah you don’t need to ‘throw away’ that account. I fear a lot of people are thinking the same. So I think the price of a flare will be higher than 0.0001 of will go much higher afterwards.Īt a price of 0.0001 I will be ready to buy 10,000,000 flares right away for only 1,000$. If someone with 1 billion XRP would wait one day for the price of XRP to go from 0.30 $ to 0,31 $ he would make millions. There are people now probably bying a Ledger (60$) to claim there flares (10$).Īnd why would anybody with more than 100,000 flares sell them? Suppose someone holding 1 billion XRP/Flares: the XRP is worth 300 million dollars and the flares would be 100,000 $. Why would anyone with less than 100,000 flares sell it for a lousy 10$ or less? With a price of 0.0001 I cannot imagine it to drop because of everyone dumping their free flares. Even if you would have 100,000 XRP, with the price of 0.0001 for one flare you only get $10 in value.
Of course price is an important factor here. I feel like the price will be so insignificant that it won't be worth my time to do all this.
I am still wondering if I should take the time to understand the ins and outs to participate in this airdrop.
Isn't what the price of what spark will be the important aspect to try to break down before deciding whether to take part in this air drop? If the price isn't significant, there is no reason to spend the time to understand how to take part in this airdrop. I don't see the price being discussed at all.
